Ach, you may have your answer there - track may be called "November" from the P's album.
It got a good deal of play here , via TIm and others around circle of DJ friends.

Are The Psychonauts still active? Is it by Paul Mogg or someone else? I can't find it!

Far as I know- absent any news from them- I do not think they are still going.
Paul was half the unit.
