The only ones I can think of are covers / tribute type projects - i.e. people doing covers. Am sure there are performers who attempt to emulate some sounds from electronic stuff outside the realms of academia too, if that's more what you were after...

Balanescu Quartet did a bunch of Kraftwerk covers, album's called Possessed:

And Terre Thaemlitz did releases playing rubato (i.e. flexible tempo) piano versions of Kraftwerk, Gary Numan, and Devo. I got the impression they are not just straight up performances.

Along those lines there's the group Larsen who did an album of instrumentals 'inspired' by Autechre tunes. It's quite nice IIRC, though not 100% acoustic I see.
