audio attenuator plugs/leads

ive seen some ranging from £25 to £70 but they seem quite hard to get hold of... does anyone know where i can get these for a reasonable price?

ouch. that's a lot. do you know anyone with a soldering iron? it seems like it's just a regular lead with a few resistors wired in. you could make several for that price.

i reckon i could do it myself if i had what i need, but i dont. so prob have to buy them for £25 ormake do. doesnt matter though - i just got out my old mixer in the meantime which i think does something similar in terms of just giving me more signal graduation tho prob not quite the same...
