Went to the very bizarre but actually wonderful Vintage @ Goodwood festival this weekend, not often do you get to see People Like Us, Terry Riley's In C, The Rezillos, John Shuttleworth and Tony Hatch in the same day.
For me the highlight was staged by the inimitable Johnny Trunk. Instead of DJing as asked, he staged a recreation of the action painting happening suggested on the back of Ken Nordine's Colors album. Every day he'd get 12 volunteers to pick a colour, then paint a big collective canvas when their colour came up.
