sorry can't name it...the bass sound makes me think Jon E Cash, the car screech makes me think Skepta (not much help, I know)

Why would it make you think that?

The car screech is blatantly a P Jam sample and one of the signatures he leaves on his tunes. I swear the only time Skepta's used one was for the rmx of Real(a p jam tune).
