Tune ID Help

I have an mp3 that I've downloaded from someone's blog .. I think.

The file is called 3_22.mp3 but there are no id3 tags.

It is a cover of sexual healing on a steel drum or something similar. There are cowbells. Insturmental.

It is pretty nice too.

Can someone ID this plz?

plus the version I have is pitched down to standstill at the end, and then something electronic starts to fade in.

that's off the Joe Nice dubstep set, it was a radio show from March 22nd (I think)
