Viewed this wretched thing (well taped it and used FWD for what it is there for),
not because there would be any great surprises, but because there is always a tiny
bit of enjoyable trivia (disregarding the politeness of it all).
I always assumed that the cover of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" was the "wrong one" - ie that it was
some sort of "Nice Price" edition and that there was a "proper version" of the album cover (this going
back a long time).
Turns out there is not, the cover is supposed to be like that - day-glo samurai (or whatever) and all.
Sabbath were just starting out and the cover
is all the label could afford at the time (as Ozzy explained for us with an explicit word or two).
