yeah thats pretty a much a dancehall beat isn't it? if you sped it up a couple of notches you could mix that with uk funky pretty sweetly too i reckon.

this did it before timbaland in any case -


the 'timbo invented grime' tune is 'is that your bitch' though (which i think everyone knows by now)

this grime remix is alright/interesting for what it is but its a bit stiff and weirdly doesnt have the same drama of the original -

on a similar note, and more in the opposite direction of this kind of discussion, why has no one ever mentioned egyptian riddim in relation to dubstep. it sounds like something from horsepower.
