Need help ID'ing an early house track 'It's over'

I remember the video clip in the late 80s or early 90s. This sublimely hot totally mod looking black chick in a boxing ring doing all these gay 'vouge' movements with her hands - this sorta totally mod post-Grace Jones black-house tip.

It was one of those mega funky Chicago-gogo style house tracks called 'It's over' - who was the artist?
