This is actually quite amusing....
The introduction of an alien species carrying unknown amounts of damaging bacterias etc.,
onto soil where the plant will have no natural competitors, will in the worst-case-scenario be a recipe for disaster, if you ask me-

Aren't they busy enough with destroying our own planet, do they want to fuck up the whole universe aswell?

I'm not sure I understand your post. I don't think NASA have opened a garden centre on Mars yet, so what's your point here? :confused:
