Toronto Record Store and Event Info Question

So I am going to be heading to the wild world of Toronto next week (and onto Montreal the week after) and I was hoping some Canadians had some ideas about good record shops (esp. dancehall, jungle places) and possible events (along similar lines--obv I intend to check Eye and NowToronto early next week.) The web is not offering much help so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

yo dude holler at me via email at lucalucarini@hotmail.com i work at play de record, which is a large shop with toronto's most excellent collection of jungle and dancehall, and i could recommend some events for the week you're around.
