I'll take the second one. Youngstar = dubstep. hence he is the guy who mixes tempa allstars II or whatever it is.

Youngsta the producer of Pulse X and Dizzee - Stand Up Tall has been absent from any notable releases recently. I've not heard ANYTHING from him.

Youngster the dj of FWD fame has been removed from the Rinse schedule for the time being.

I'd have to say Plastikman.
Next up would be Logan Sama, and then Mac10.

Plastikman always does big sets with Dubstep and Grime making the tunes more fit for "untrained" ears. ;)
