After a packed out Summer party at the Great Eastern in August that saw Val 'You can ride my tail anytime' Kilmer dancing to Ceephax (this is true), the same people behind it return to present electronic Legends MOUSE ON MARS in a secret and never-before raved in labyrinthine venue underneath Regents St. Support comes from FREEFORM, EXILE and various DJs of note, while room 2 is handled by the renowned SUD Electronics night, and Soul Jazz's most excellent Jon Burnip playing a special chicago set.

Saturday 10th December @ a venue under Regents Street.

in the Music forum is a discussion on Chicago house. Im here, and wondering what someone over there means when referring to a chicago set.

it was ok - i enjoyed myself and got people dancing before a guy called freeform killed it with some idm, mouse on mars were only ok - playing back tracks vey fast and dropping edits and effects on them
the sound was a bit bouncy and the crowd was very fashionable and not particulary bothered it seems.
It was an ex gentlemans club that had been stripped out, i'd like to use it for something next year i think.

i wanted to go, but was too busy with other stuff.

I had to laugh as it was quoted as being 'achingly hip' in the Guardian guide. That kind of put me off although i was pretty keen to hear Exile.

Ended up at the Destructive party which was ruff.
