thinking a smallish mixing board, monitors etc... thank kind of stuff. any good used shops? i just moved here and need to sort myself out. thanks in advance

Try to avoid Turnkey if possible - they're the Hard To Find Records of the audio gear world.

Media Tools - in the Soho area

Thomann - If you want to go the online route, these guys are often cheaper than UK prices, have fast delivery (usually about £10) and you don't need to pay import duty etc.
