in 2020, which record will be remembered more fondly?

Peaches.

Simply because near on three/four years on, people remember the Peaches album and it is still worth a listen now and then. It got three big pushes on sales as people caught on to it, whereas MIA seems to be showing no sign of it.

All said, Peaches isn't a great album, but is very much caught up in a whole movement of the time (Jeans Team and all are reminded by the album, or actually included in that ridiculous 6 vinyl pack they put out), whereas MIA sits on her own as a, well, as MIA.

That said, comparing the two now is pointless. One has only really just been released, whereas one has been about a few years. To say fair's fair, you should put the MIA album against something else from 2005, because there is too much disparity in history.

It's all grist
I've got a feeling it'll be Peaches round here i.e. in this chair. Can't really give a reason without running the risk of sparking talk of mud-hut people etc.
