I noticed here DOnUnder land you hardly ever hear Brit-Pop Demi-God International Global rock stars Oasis get played on radio any more. Well they still do, but only trax off 'Wots the story' and 'Definitely maybe'..It's like all their music just disappeared into nothingness after those two, but they still exist. Are they still a big band, or they have become a sort of cult band?
Why don't Oasis get radio airplay anymore? Are they still big?

their last steaming turd of a record got universal praise in the uk, maybe now they are seen as some kind of godfathers of the uk fixation on anthemic retro rock and roll.
You don't know how important anthems are to uk rock fans, they learn the words to the songs so they can sing along at gigs, i dunno why that is really, it's somewhere between the football terraces and the public school song i imagine, i'm not privy to all this as i was born on jupiter
