I certainly have never seen that before.
but I do have the first disc of the 5 disc "Well Tuned Piano". the music on it is ALMOST amazing enough to warrant the $800.00 price tag on the box set.
I used to be like "we may not like it but we should respect the man's decisions. music is so sacred to him that he does not want to release it; it's his business and his relationship to his own work and it's not up to us to pass judgement on him for hoarding these recordings"
but after I realized that he also refuses to release collaborations with other people, who has as much a right to the work as he does, I'm like "fuck la monte young"
