Am I right in saying there is more diplomatic pressure on the subject of intellectual property (bootlegging) than human rights?

I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese government is more concerned with cracking down on intellectual property issues, at least in Beijing, in order to 'clean up' before the Olympics. I would guess Human rights are not something that's going to be a visible issue 'cept perhaps in the media or if there are any protests, whereas the IP violations are going to be clearly visible to anyone visiting.

Interesting question anyway, hopefully someone know's something more about this and can answer ...
