Yeah but they're not really power pop, and I was gunna say the Hoodoo Gurus or Stems or Young Modern or the fucking Go-Betweens, but none of them have the bluster the RK's had. In fact I'd wager the GoBetweens as the most OVER-RATED band of all-time....and I wouldn't put the Rifles in the same league as those bands above.
