Garfofalo's site has a low res flash like version..

is the family tree method a better way of representing the genealogy of music i wonder..

i know richard dawkins talks about memes as the cultural equivalent of genes and i was just reading something kodwo eshun had written about music not being able to exhaust itself because it has its own gene pool but what exactly is the relationship between genes and musical evolution?
