This guy DJ Come of Age plays neo-soul (including some of the ladies mentioned) on his podcasts (his latest is 68 minutes and probably worth your bandwith and diskspace, although sometimes he just drops one track) and sampler/mix CDs - recommended for a dose of some smoother grooves.
Came across him on music.download.com as he has some free MP3s of his own music available (ended up there as a tangent of the Sa-Ra thread on here) and he is also on MySpace.
