2006 is turning into a busy year for the Basement Record label first up is the launch of a brand new label 'Nu Basement' which will be dedicated to the new Ardcore scene

Working with some of the freshest talent out there Basement hope they can bring more attention to this ever growing scene. Basement hope you will enjoy this generation of Ardcore as mush as the old.

Hmm yeah quite like that... despite it's somewhat carbon copy nature.

Although:
WARNING! this music is not bland! played at loud levels it will annoy your middle class parents and neighbours!
It won't go down well in a trendy Hoxton bar with mullet haired fashion students!

What with this rave-revival business, I reckon this stuff will go down very well at the kind of places he's talking about.

This is good news I suppose. Basement ruled back in the day.

But what's with all this rave revival business. It started all the way back in 2000 and just never seems to hit its stride. There's a couple records here and there, a few represses, but no buzz. It doesn't amount to anything.
