Just to let you know that Lekan Babalola is playing a free festival this saturday 16th September in Peckham Town Square. Lekan is a percussionist who's played alongside Fela Kuti, Roy Ayers, Miles Davis and whose new album on Mr Bongo features loads of remixes from various broken beat luminaries. He's on stage at 4.30. Peckham Town Square is the pedestrian area between the library and the Pulse off Peckham High Street. Hope to see some of you south-eastsiders there....
