The blissout band that time forgot?
Three-piece semi-instrumental American group led by one Bond Berglund; they released one incredible EP - World Crunch - in '86 with the phenomenal "Greenwich Mean Time" which is still my idea of what "post-rock" should have sounded like (in every other respect they were post-rock a decade ahead of the game) and then one album in '87 (Thirst) which wasn't quite as astounding but still very fine indeed.
To my knowledge none of this music has ever appeared on CD, and I think it high time that it did (unless you know different).
Anyone else recall them, or did I just dream them? And what the heck happened to Berglund (I can't even recall whether BB was a he or a she)?
