I stopped reading RAW years ago, but that is still a bummer. RIP Bob.

I like the fact there's multiple RAW RIP threads, it's fitting somehow.

Later Bob. Don't forget to write.

Hey, wasn't RAW signed up with some kind of cryo-freezing operation?

are you really discordian sloan

12-01-2007, 10:18 PM
No, I'm not one of the Discordians, but several of my very good friends have golden apples tattooed on their pelvic bones in homage to Eris, and I know a fair few of them in London, I'm a bit darker than Discordian, but I like them as people.

That's a question like 'Are you a mason' which you're bound to reply honourably to. Are you one Parson?

I've found that Discordians fall into two camps - the squatter, do loads of drugs, Hail Eris types, who I like - and at least in London there's another lot, a whole bunch of 23 people who are very well intentioned but are kinda media people, work in TV, go on demos, worship at an altar of randomness which isn't very random, really. The type of people who think Burning Man is really radical, because it gives them a holiday from their 9-5 jobs that they can impress everyone else in the office with and the other people in the office can go 'Oh, you're so weird, so wacky'.
I hate wacky.
