Help with cleaning-up audio?

I'm terrible when it comes to cleaning up audio. Can't get my head round it.

Would anyone (an expert in this sort of thing if possible!) be able to help me sweeten the sound for the latest episode of WOEBOT.tv? I'd upload an aiff.

I'm not a pro, but I'd gladly try a bit of dynamic compression and EQing to improve it. I'll email you, or if you want to megaupload or something...

I don't do it for a living, but I did a bit of selective dynamic compression on Keith (Twitch)'s parts of the interview which greatly improved the audibility.

www.woebot.tv seems to be down right now - over-subscribed or problems?
