Must reccomend this film unreservedly. It's a French movie based on thriller by Harman Coben. The plot centres on a a dead woman who reappears to her husband 8 years after her murder in a video on the internet. It's a traditional thriller which involves technology in a meaningful way, and offers some interesting insight into French society. The footage of Paris is impressively modern and represents the cultural spectrum of the city today very well. Great film.

The film is an entertaining, but mindless whodunnit, interspersed with fairly blunt humor (bruno and his world).

I've never had a problem with mindless films but I suppose that's a matter of personal taste. I do think that it's well shot and I thought the plot twists were clever. It could perhaps be a bit shorter, that's true.
