I haven't seen it yet. What's it like? I'm guessing it's the Anna vocal.

I emailed channel U and asked for a job. They never wrote back. If they gave me the job, i'd play lots of ruff sqwad vids.

Am I going to have to hang around outside Dixons?

i just saw typical me on mtv base. that's the worst kano song i've ever heard but it was good to see him and ghetto on tv though.

Yeah, that song doesn't do it for me at all. I hope the album and some fresh tunes drops soon.

I just saw the video for that Mitchell Brothers track with Kano on Popworld. I am liking that very much, 'specially the bit where Kano's all angry. Where's all the angry Kano tracks - he's best when he's angry, fuck all the sweet boy shit (although that Addicted track is bootifull).

who produces ruff squad's tracks?

31-01-2005, 10:29 PM
Dirty Danger and Rapid are the producers (I think)

01-02-2005, 02:33 PM
Both now in line for Royal Honours for their services in making stupendously amazing beats.

I'm not really feeling the 'guns and roses' mixtape though - some good moments alright, but too many average tunes on there

02-02-2005, 11:30 AM
anyone else got guns and roses yet? i want an alternative opinion. i don't like that opinion becasue it wasn't what i wanted to hear. i might pick it up on friday as it goes.

oh yeah i've seen this video too, hey/down.
the down section is the best one. its gorgeous. that southside track came on straightafterwards to prove just how good ruff squad beats are.

luka to be fair, it's worth buying cos it's only 8 quid and you get half a dozen decent tunes for that. I just had higher expectations.

i just want to say that the ruff squad will own the entire grime game within 5 years. it's inevitable.

02-02-2005, 10:35 PM
they just don't have the MC talent to match the beats that's all.

Guns and Roses is very good. It has at least 5 very good tracks on there.

And it's really well manufactured as well, which may be superficial, but it's nice to keep things like that.
