My mate reckons she's as annoying as Bono. Surely this can't be?

I think she's alright, although apparently she's been touting that wretched Hey There Delilah song about the place which is inexcusable.

Yes off with her head and throw her to the lions, I find her unbearable. I hate all that cooler-than-thou smugness, the fact she went to meet the queen rather than do her show speaks volumes. She's the website designer's wet-dream, the Simon Bates for the 21st century. :mad:

It's her patina of cool that really gets me, the fact some BBC bigwigs doubtless regard her as being bleeding edge, just cos she's more into Kaisers than Britney.

I was thinking back earlier to when she presided over her own TV show, a kinda Late Review of music, and thinking i must have dreamt it. It did, however, expose the fact the Miss NME of radio thought Trout Mask Replica was a band. (And while I despise cultural elitism and wouldn't even put TMR in my top 10 Beefheart albums, this is just dumb - at least Chris Moyles doesn't pretend).
