Read a New Yorker review of this TV show at the weekend and thought I'd download a couple of episodes and give it a try - after all, the piece in question mentioned sumptuous use of colour a la Edward Scissorhands, Twin Peaks style weirdness and lots of other things I like. While it's not great or groundbreaking thematically (not that things have to be anyway), it is, as was promised, one of the most beautiful bits of television I have ever seen from a set design, styling and photography point of view. Pretty entertaining in a light, fluffy way, too. Anyone else seen this? Thoughts?
