Does anyone know who is singing this version of 'Only Love Can Break Your Heart'? I had always thought that Saint Etienne had written the original, but turns out it's by Neil Young. I heard the version above in a shop a few months back, and was moved by how amazing it was. However it doesn't seem to be by anyone on this list. Help?

It looks like it's from one of those k-tel covers albums so the musicians and singers are probably not named or are listed under pseudonyms.

When they get this database working you might be able to find out.

Ach!, what I don't get is if you heard it in a shop how come you've got an mp3 of it with the album info filled in? Did you download every version you could find?

Exactly! Came home, typed the title in slsk, and downloaded any that looked like they might be the one, dutifully ignoring versions by The Corrs and Elkie Brooks.
