It's a remix of Leela James - "My Joy"

The vocal is really pitched-up.

Looks like Quentin Harris did a version with a singer called Margaret Grace, so it might be one of the mixes of that version.

It's the Malice refix of "My Joy" apparently - Footloose was playing it on his 1Xtra show over the summer. What a fucking tune.
