difficult for me to host it so am relying on yousendit, slsk bittorrent for now:
since Christmas i've been working on a new series of epic year-by-year (beginning with 1990 because Ben Liebrand's Grandmix series covers the 80s pretty well though perhaps there is still scope for a mix that combines the popular with cult classics, obscure gems etc.) mixes that comprise a dense melange of popular yet credible tracks of the time plus a few odd personal favourites here and there. this series is rubbishly called Ultramix and it's my own personal 'Popular' basically (at least in terms of the scale of the project and how long it's going to take me to do), and i've tried to make it my tightest one yet but as always some bits work much better than others...
so here's the 1990 one - but the links won't last long as i've also posted them on ILM:
