uh, so I was just listening to this last night & it reminded me that Ekkehard Ehlers did a whole series names specifically after famous men, all collected http://www.discogs.com/Ekkehard-Ehlers-Plays/release/66345; Cornelius Cardew, Hubert Fichte, John Cassavetes, Albert Ayler & Robert Johnson.

Unfortunately they're not all that good - the Cassavetes is absolutely ace, the Cardew one's so-so, Pt. 2 of the Robert Johnson one is a mildly interesting Afkufen-style cut-up house track using a sample of, I believe, Johnson himself. other than that, eh. but, songs named after men.
