this is priceless for someone who was not around during this time.

on a side note, the grime scene documenting their art early on is very useful and i think will be appreciated by later generations. not many musical movements have done that and it is very wise that it is being done.

Top link. Just watrched the Castlemorton vid. This may sound ludicrous but some of the more "musical grime" as it seems to being called such as on Dowee's instrumental mix remind me of old hardcore.

true story: we knew a snitch who'd give party information to fox news and the los angeles desert rave task force

sent them bunk directions plenty of times

it was real cute to see a couple of sheriff's vans heading out to a town called weed patch to bust a party at an defunct oil rig facility.

It's quite shocking seeing that and seeing how 80s it all looks - like how high and tight everyone's trousers are, and all the silly hats and everything... Rams it home how long ago this all was!
