megatron: grime battle dj?

i just read about megatron on ripley's blog. who is this? i'm definitely interested in hearing someone cut up the grime tracks that are flowing faster and faster across the US borders..

mega's a SF native; been with it since 2-step days. he plays hip-hop and d'n'b too and has won some local competitions, i think. has been threatening since last year to put a grime mix out. i can get you his email address if you like - pm me.

I used to know Mike when he was an up'n'coming Jungle DJ... he's from Richmond and man he and I would go to Compound Records and he'd drop hundreds of bucks on 12"s... always had a real progressive style. I am sure he's figured a way to mix dnb, grime, 2step, dubstep, and hiphop all into one. Is the drum and bass scene in SF dead?
