Tenhi - Maaet is another great record in this vein.

Second the first FSA album, can't remember the title off hand, but track 2 is particularly good.

Mebbe too song-based but I am currently listening to Dion's "Born to be with You" LP and it really doesn't fit a sunny afternoon - would be much better after 7pm. Killer LP though. Phil Spector and Dion rocking the heroin melancholy vibe.

Julien Neto - Le Fumeur de Ciel is a really brilliant album which harshly passed under the radara bit.
