Anyone considered Clark's wallabies?
Yeah, for 2 seconds, then thought no dice

Anyone considered Clark's wallabies?
2 things from highschool times i still want and would wear: unknown pleasures t-shirt and a pair of steel toe dr. martens.
well on second thought, what's the deal with dr. martens now? they went from brit working class rebellion to racism (with special laces) to US lalapalooza "alternative" costume to mall rat uniform... and now who still wears them?
i'm also in the market for a pair of everyday boots. my problem is everytime i go shopping instead of getting what i NEED, i.e. comfy everyday stuff, i end up getting uncomfortable good looking shit.
I got a pair of these Docs in tan. Fit like a glove they do.

i got these Camper shoes the other day

and i'm into them to an almost unreasonable degree.
Oh, do you have incredibly long toes? ahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaahahahahahaha hahaha ha ha ha ahahahaaha!
Anyway, no offence, but I think all your boot / shoe suggestions have been crap. Can't anyone identify some ones that look alright?
TBH I've never heard of anyone who's not still at school wearing Clark's.

from earlier this thread
Pair number 1 look like I'd have to be wearing a frilly shirt, wielding a whip and whispering "You've been a naughty girl" at some chambermaid. I know it's probably dead conservative, but I do like to have laces.
The green ones would be quite groovy if I was in a pixie Heartbreakers tribute band* during a bar scene in a Cormac McCarthy adaptation. Isn't green really unlucky though? (* I didn't make that up, someone actually wrote a book about it)
