I really like Sony's stuff too, very grimey. The tunes I got from ukfunky.com do suffer a bit from the massive limiting on them though. You have to turn the gain right down if you're mixing em I've found.

Anyone know whats happening with that site? Doesn't seem to have had any new stuff on there for ages.

it's more the fact that he's blogged it and made it widely available, and the fact that it starts at the beginning of a bar that i find distasteful

bit unfair when local action's trying to get something going and it's arguably the standout track they've put out so far.

nonetheless, i know people have already tried to sell low bitrate versions of this online, not nice when you want the tune to do well is the intent of my point
