Delicious pint of Coke and wine

desperately in need of photography training, can't blame that abortion of a photo on having an old phone.

btw, always been suspicious of men who wear no-collar button-down shirts. stick with the striped t-shirts. find some long-sleeved ones for winter.

I took it with my iPad which is why it's a great photo. Great composition. Red jumper red curtain for labour. Great shirt only intellectuals can wear a shirt like this.

John, what was the story you helped get taken down by the Sun? Was it the "cultural Marxism" conspiracy theory that was half sourced from InfoWars etc.?

Yeah it was me that found the Aryan Unity link and Dan Trilling who did the heavy lifting with it.

I didn’t vote but I have started drinking.

I am fully aware that not voting does properly piss people off including my neighbour who I really like and my partner and daughter. So it’s not just banter or devils advocate stuff for me.

I do love and respect a lot of people who have been out campaigning for Labour and they absolutely cannot be faulted for the time, energy and passion they’ve put into it.

I hardly ever vote I'm not into people getting sanctimonious about it. John Eden and Russell Brand have always been my two political heroes and inspirations.

I voted this year cos I want to be able to,say I played my part in the Christmas Miracle when the people finally said, enough, no further to the Nazis and the patricarchial dominator culture was overthrown by a resurgent goddess worship

Also I know I can be a pain in the arse but my heart’s in the right place. I was one of two people in our staff meeting yesterday who had the balls to take on the CEO about not getting a pay rise this year. The questions everyone wanted asking. And I helped get everyone an extra day off on Xmas eve.

We had some drinks afterwards and much of the chat can be summarised as “You’re weird and I don’t like trade unions but I like you and fair play”. :p

We need this day to day stuff too if there’s going to be a real social movement in this country and whatever happens with the election there are going to be bridges to build and projects to do and connections to be made.

We all love and admire you John. We sometimes take the piss as a tacit acknowledgement of the things you do (and as a way of relieving some of the Shane we feel in not following your example).

I do know that Barty and your sketch of my day made me properly laugh.:crylarf:

I do need grounding to stop going up my own arse and that what mates do really...

this sentimental, reconciliatory energy as we all watch the meteor approach, knowing that all life on earth will soon be destroyed.

My sister just texted me saying "absolute disastrous results." I'm leaving the country now. I've had enough
