I was 10 when “up the junction came out” must have heard it on the radio but not my thing.

preferred the filthy drum machine on “take me I’m yours” and the rude lyrics about villains on “slap and tickle”. Or was that “cool for cats”? Maybe both.

I guess cos they are stories. Not sure about story songs on the whole but I do feel that if you sing along to the first line then quite often that's it, you're there for the duration.
