it helps to be terminally unemployed if you want to get into fitness. otherwise you cant be fucked youd rather just drink and take drugs etc in your downtime.What I used to do was alternate between,
- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 3 x 12 bicep curls
- 3 x 12 side lateral raises
- 6 x 10 push ups
- 6 x 10 diamond push ups
- 6 x 10 dips
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side plank
- warm down
And,
- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 6 x 60 crunches
- 2 x 12 flat bench lying raises
- 2 x 24 side leg raises (each side)
- 6 x 5 squats
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side planl
- warm down
I try to do everything as slowly as possible and just do as many as I can whilst I can't do the full routine. I also do ankle exercises and general stretches throughout the day.
