    I'm not a collector of anything, I buy records cause I like them and they are how music is supposed to be received according to the guys that do them. I'm not into "lifestyles" either, I'm not into MP3s and consumer electronics, ... etc!

    I don't see any problem there IMHO it's a perfectly sane (and desirable, I'd add) position to do your stuff without any thought about the audience. that's the main drag with blogs: too much energy misspent in trying to get attention from people who shouldn't be around you at all death to audience!

    yes, me. I really dug that record and I dig maurice fulton's productions of !!! I don't hear the influences that were mentioned, it stands on its own dunno if I would buy another one though
