Haven't seen this particular website before, but as I'm sure you know there is almost always a catch of some kind with this type of offer. Perhaps getting the 'free' PC involves signing up for some sort of service with recurring billing that has a minium sign-up period. Perhaps it only comes with purchase of some other product or service. If you do decide to follow up on it, think twice before divulging too much personal information and think three times before providing a credit card number or other billing details.
