15$ seems like a steal (the price of the iPad itself does not yet though)

ReBirth was an application initially created for Mac back in late 1996, and emulated two Roland TB-303 synthesizers, a Roland TR-808 drum machine, and a Roland TR-909 Rhythm Composer simultaneously.

Murdoch and Jobs team up
The Daily combines “a tabloid sensibility with a broadsheet intelligence”,

yeah the internet separated into apps is probably just going to be overall bad... with the whole idea being the content of the screen/app coming to you, you no longer have to fetch it out. And murdoch is right, people are willing to pay to use the network of the internet if they dont ever actually have to browse it. All that stumbling through websites that are deemed irrelevant within milliseconds of arriving is annoying to most people.

still though all those synthesizer apps and mixing apps look awesome...

Sick Boy

All about pride and egos
I picture them going public with this new "discovery" in an advertising campaign shot against a white background where young overzealous men in collared shirts and pullovers froth at the mouth over how child-labour is going to revolutionize the way we view the workforce. Children are, after all, the smaller, thinner worker.
