Craner is the whole Patrice Rushen LP as good as those songs?

Fela Kuti - Trouble Sleep Yanga Wake AM (1972)

Been listening to a few of Woebot's 100 greatest records lately. 'Roforofo Fight' is one of them.

Here's the whole album if you want it:

You should want it, it's the shit.

maybe a fairly uncool thing for dissensus (who pays attention to kompakt anymore, right?...well, me!) but i just love this long, repetitive, kinda dreamy techno pop song. he's got this "golden ravedays" series where he's released one 12" per month, each side has a track of 10-18 minutes long. some months better than others but i like this one.

Not really, although there is also this (brilliantly sampled by Mobb Deep):

Went to a disco day party in London a few months ago. Most of the disco was instrumental, a bit housey, and I was a bit bored by it. Then just before we were due to leave the DJ played 'havent you heard' and I saw that it was good.

Yes, that's a great track too. Think her background was more jazz, interestingly.

Little Mix - Touch is my COTD even though it was a week ago now that I witnessed it tear up a wedding dancefloor (not as much as EW+Fire - September did, but not bad for a new skool anthem).
