Default albums/music for when depression hits hard

like audio codeine. nice and shiney, floaty, something you don't have to work too hard to understand/feel. make the brain ich. submerged in a warm bath.
But not zen like drone nor hypnogogic. something that slots in whilst i browse the internet with no purpose at all but to kill time.

i dont get depression but when i burned my brains out with acids and mushrooms many many years ago all i could listen to for ages was the two classic talk talk albums. up to you whether you want to classify them as white boy angst but everything else felt too intrusive and overbearing.
