    To some degree yes but Mcluhan, characteristically, reads the Wake as an explication of his own theories, which seems unsatisfactory to me. RAW again is infinitely better.

    That Grapejuice guy reckons RAW's writing on Joyce is as interesting and worthwhile as Kenner's. Do you agree?

    Is Kenner that hot on Joyce? He changed my understanding of Pound but Joyce I dunno. ... RAW is at least as good and probably better
