BTW, I don't have any specialist interest in China or Africa. I tend to read quite general foreign affsirs blogs, or at least blogs that don't focus on specific regions per se, unless something is nose-bleeding-ly-obviously relevant. So I'll leave it to someone else to suggest good blogs covering your areas of interest.
