Ballet? Michael Jackson? Fix up fellas, Digit is the new lick.

    Or maybe not..
All I think of when watching that is masturbation I'm afraid.

"Edit: just came across this one which is even better... check out the zoidberg sideways scuttle through the door at the end!"
    Unbelievable.
The originalors (so they say) of robotics

Very different, what do you call this?

Can't forget this, very scandalous indeed when new I think

I like the take in Salon Kitty but it's not on youtube (as far as I can see)

Love the way he runs up the wall in this one (if I'm thinking of the right clip, I can't seem to get it to load properly for some reason)

Loads more good stuff out there, I realise that that was completely unfocussed and I should probably make some spurious attempt towards linking some of them together or something but I'll try that later.

Great thread. I've always half-seriously wondered if there was a Pointy Finger Continuum going from disco -> locking -> tektoniks

    Disco 70s

    Locking 80s-90s

    Tecktoniks 2000s

You just didn't see me in my prime. You only ever saw me dance in kitchens, falling over chairs.

Almost every reggae tune has its specific dance theres so many. Its got to the be the genre with the most dance moves attributed to it.

im only familiar with older ones like boogle, waterpumping, butterfly etc

"always loved the dancing in this!"
I guess this is something I should know but I don't. It's great.

I suppose it's well known but I still like this footage of Keb Darge before he was cool

There is not much footage (that I'm aware of) of northern soul dancing. This clip is overused but it's still good

Some famously amateur but brilliant dancing
